At Starforge Systems, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our high-performance PCs and offer a 14-day return window for all hardware components. If your system does not meet your performance expectations, we are committed to making it right through a repair, replacement, or refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  • 2.
    Secure Packaging

    Carefully pack your system in its original double-layered shipping box and internal protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship to Starforge

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location for secure transport to our facility.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Processing

    Once received, our technicians will perform a comprehensive diagnostic check, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
