How long will it take for my PC to ship?

Each Starforge system is hand-built and undergoes rigorous 24-hour stress testing. Standard assembly and testing typically take 5-7 business days before shipping via insured parcel.

What is the warranty policy on your systems?

We provide a comprehensive 2-year parts and labor warranty on all our PCs. If a component fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are actively working on expanding our logistics to support more international regions in the near future.

Can I upgrade my components after purchase?

Yes! Our systems use standard off-the-shelf components, making them fully upgradeable. Opening your case to add storage or RAM does not void your warranty, provided no damage is caused during the process.

Do the PCs come with a pre-installed operating system?

Every Starforge system comes with a fully licensed version of Windows 11 Home pre-installed, updated, and optimized with all necessary drivers so you can play immediately.
